I ordered my subscription box on March 23 and as of today (April 22nd) I have not received it yet! I never had any problems like this with Postfly. I am considering switching back to their subscription...
Purchased the original membership 2 months ago, and so far I’m absolutely loving the subscription! The flies are fantastic and it’s been really great to try things I probably wouldn’t have bought on my own. I recently contacted them to change to the bass membership, and they replied very quickly and were super friendly and accomodating. Really great experience so far and highly recommend!!
I’ve gotten my dad and brother subscriptions and they’ve both talked non stop about how much they love it.
I just received my first Freestone envelope and couldn't be more pleased. After a couple weeks of not receiving my order I contacted the company to let them know and they immediately sent out a replacement. The original package ended up arriving after the replacement had, and when I contacted them to inform them of this they were kind and generous. I highly recommend checking them out!
Tried a couple of different monthly fly subscriptions and Freestone is the best. Great customer service and great flies, especially if you live in B.C.
