Capping off our second year with the December 2019 issue, which sees the first time all 5 of our options included into the Fly Guide! Going forward this may change, but we find it helpful for folks that may want to try out a different option as they progress through their membership.
We are stoked to deliver these premium flies to anglers around the world, and we wish everyone a happy holiday season and fishy start to 2020!
See you next year!
The October Fly Guide
This month we featured some excellent patterns for late-season fly fishing. October was also the first month fulfilling our Warmwater Bass orders, and our subscribers loved their selection of big and bright bugs!
Rounding out the fly guide was our tying kit featuring the Green Goblin Brassie Midge, along with a line cleaning Pro-Tip and fun Halloween Giveaway.
The August Fly Guide
Check out the selection of bugs that arrived on subscribers' doors across North America last month. Fly-tyers were putting their vise to work with the Golden Stonefly Nymph, and big news, the Warmwater Bass option will be available for sale in September!
Check out the selection of flies subscribers received in their June shipment. Some staple trout patterns like the Egg-Sucking Leech, Damsel Nymph, and Blue Wet Dun were included this month.
Fly-tying subscribers also were able to try their hand at a simple yet extremely effective Freshwater Scud pattern, featuring two different sizes and colour variations!
April's subscription featured some excellent patterns, including a Blood Midge, Golden Stonefly, and Freshwater Scud (check out the Fly Guide for the full list of flies!).
The Fly-Tying subscription featured the pattern of BC Fly Tyer Sean Chahley of @fly.culture. His pattern, Uncle's Favourite Ant, is a deadly dry fly when the terrestrial bugs start making their appearance. We're hoping to feature another one of Sean's flies in the near future.
